I worked as a Product Analyst & UX Designer in the Interactive Map team at Ticketmaster for 10 years and below are just a sample of thousands of projects I built over the years. The seat maps are interactive visual representations of the layout of each live event at the venue (TM/ LNE clients).

When a customer visits an event purchase page on the company site (ticketmaster.com or livenation.com), these custom-designed interactive maps are used for ticket sales to the event. A customer is able to explore the venue section by section and drill into the seat level for purchase selection by clicking on a section shape. The prices appear on the cursor hover, and a seat view image populated in the hover as well on premium map products.

Reserved seated events are meticulously placed to assure accuracy and a pleasant customer user experience.
